Ps 44 18 Our hearts had not turned back; our feet had not strayed from your path." The psalms meticulously teaches that God has well established His stable government on this created earth through Israel. God successfully establishes all legitimate governments by faithfully handing over His ethical law. Nations are subject to judicial review. He generally sets up profane rulers by decisively changing their governments from top to bottom. The main reason God cannot realistically bless earthly nations is that earthly government must not be corrupted. All governments must rule wisely, with impartial justice and social equity. However, when sin invaded the better world, the composer teaches that ethical corruption is not neutral. Anyone who seeks to redefine the word of God tries in vain to overthrow the axioms that really establish perpetual peace and inevitably introduce criminal violence. Once God has overthrown authoritarian governments in, He destroys the lawless exercise of pure power. He had to abruptly take quick action by bitterly cursing the strange creation after man sinned. God faithfully created man and established an everlasting covenant within the private garden in ideal unity. His curse against sin was quickly enforced to restore responsible government of ideal unity. God had to lift the evil curse in the eternal curse of the law in order to make all things new. The composer teaches that God speaks openly about the axioms to faithfully recreate divine unity as the ethical foundation of our safe haven. We tend then to see that essential unity is firmly established as the abundant blessing and eternal curse come together again. God willfully destroys the illegal confusion of earthly power within the fierce curse and unites His saints. This may be the historical context of social interaction with Israel throughout the previous testament. The official circumcision ceremony was the usual oath of responsible citizenship. Once God addresses the responsible nation in general, the circumcised in the flesh and the circumcised in heart. God speaks openly as the benevolent ruler of Israel, consistently upholding His divine justice through blessing speech. Circumcision generally had no real price to keep Israel from developing an increasingly aggressive culture of unbridled violence by redefining God's law, covenants, etc. God would adequately protect the saints from the violent culture. For those who are circumcised in heart, He had to faithfully take the authoritarian nation into political exile. He fiercely secures his saints by rigorously dominating the nations. He compels the saints to come into the world to reveal the gospel. He normally speaks as the benevolent Creator, graciously ordering all things necessary according to eternal law, covenants, curses, empowered statutes, and promises. God convincingly demonstrates a genuinerelationship with the graciously recognized saints in accordance with the creation covenant in passing judgment on rebellious citizens who break the covenant.
