In navigating this battle, we must be cautious of two potential pitfalls. One danger lies in viewing the Christian life as merely a set of rigid standards to be adhered to practically and logically. This approach often leads to a lack of spiritual depth and neglect of the importance of exercising our will in engaging with the physical world. It is common for individuals to fall into the trap of valuing success based solely on following a prescribed list of steps to solve problems. However, it is important to recognize that every aspect of the Christian journey, both in the past and present, is ordained by God as a vital component of our spiritual growth. Therefore, we must strive to strike a balance and avoid falling into the trap of extremes in our understanding and practice of the Christian life.

However, it is important to recognize that within the human existence, both in our physical bodies and in our spiritual beings, there exists the potential for evil. This reflects our inherent longing for a divine presence in our lives. It is through our innate will to survive that we constantly seek something greater than our current circumstances, forming a solid foundation for our existence. Our salvation lies outside of ourselves and requires the application of theological knowledge in order to truly comprehend and experience the profoundness of it all. The purpose of the Psalms, for instance, is to teach us how to transcend our limited selves and reach toward God. Our means of communication extend beyond mere words on a page; it involves our efforts to connect and commune with the divine. Our unique abilities and talents can only be fully expressed when we engage in discussions and debates that revolve around the enigmatic nature of the divine. By aligning our desires with God's guidance, we strive to persuade and influence those who may initially appear resistant to such convictions.
