Jesus proclaimed that worry arises from being enslaved to present circumstances. If we could detach ourselves from the identity forged within the constraints of the present, we would transcend the confines of time. Have you ever considered that since the present is unattainable in terms of forming an identity, we falsely assign importance to its existence, akin to water slipping through our grasping hands? The present cannot be fully grasped. I am not suggesting that the objects and images present in our physical realm lack significance; rather, I am asserting that our perception of them defines our reality. Therefore, one must question what a person comprehends about reality, as it is rooted in a metaphysical sense. The true connections and occurrences that transpire are imperceptible to the naked eye. These intangible elements possess a subjective influence on our objective reality. Everything is interconnected due to the continuous flow of life emanating from God, as if all of time is ever-present before the divine. Therefore, our experiences in this world, particularly our personal perspectives on those experiences, which elude our visual senses, exist outside the constraints of time. Past events and future possibilities are intertwined, devoid of duration or spatial limitations when delving into these spiritual realms. We have the ability to relive moments of joy, sorrow, peace, love, and more throughout our lives, as they exist eternally. This is why adopting an eternal mindset allows us to truly experience the magnificence of God within the realm of physical enjoyment. However, over the past three decades, it has become my practice to deliberately immerse myself in meditation, integrating it into my daily routine. Let me clarify, I believe that structured theology and dogma are crucial components in the development of a Christian worldview, offering a perspective that encompasses personal and active senses, influencing the way we perceive everything. Our thoughts shape our reality, as we interpret and assign meaning to our surroundings based on our physical senses. In essence, we are a universe within ourselves, perceiving the external world through the lens of our personal experiences. Our perception of the world is never truly present, which is why the concept of transparency lies within the actual act itself, rather than the deliberate choice of selecting something. In other words, our internal perspective on the world has passed and cannot be revisited, while our anticipation of the future in this earthly existence is comparable to a fleeting dream, lacking true substance in the face of eternity. Reality exists as a state of consciousness, reliant upon our identification or reliance on God from one moment to the next. Our choices are predetermined, arising naturally due to their causes. We shape our understanding of things based on the condition of our souls, rather than the exposure to the present moment. It is evident how easily we can squander precious moments on trivial matters that hold no bearing on our true reality.
