No matter what path God has led you down, it is always for His glory and for the good of those who follow Him. Life's path is a long marathon, and in order to deepen faith, He sometimes makes the way difficult. So we have these moments in time where we're at the bottom of a trial and we turn to God in prayer. And then He comes into our pain and despair and helps us through it. Because God is the God of the valleys, He knows what it's like to be in a low place and He comes to help us.The difficult times in our lives may seem like they will never end, but they are only a moment in comparison to eternity. We have a limited perspective on pain, because we can only experience it for a short time in comparison to the infinite duration of eternity. Yes, we may endure the most severe circumstances on this earth, but we have God's protection and the assurance of His love, which means we can endure anything. Because when God is present, there is nothing else that matters. There is no pain or pleasure that we can experience in this life that is greater than finding God.In the moments when we feel closest to God, we are lifted up above our trials and tribulations. We feel a sense of assurance that everything will be alright, that no matter what challenges we face, we will ultimately prevail. For God will be close to those who are afflicted and in need. He will always be there to support us and guide us through life. That is the rock we stand on, the foundation that we can rely on to help us overcome our enemies and to achieve our goals. Do we long to hear that voice?, the voice that tells us "I am your salvation".We must present all of our problems to God. We give Him the problem and He responds to our souls. When He takes us from the moment of a valley to the heights of joy and we enter His temple rejoicing, being transported to another experience, then we will have an understanding of Him in the glory of power. God is always there for us, no matter what we are going through. He will take us out of the tough times and into His loving arms, giving us a new perspective on life.According to scripture, the Spirit will declare to us that we are saved. This will happen for the saint, who will be given the grace to overcome their enemies. Trusting in the Spirit is essential, as He is saving us every day. However, the Spirit will put us to the test again and again, as He has promised. The point of these tests is to strengthen our faith and to help us grow closer to God.
