It seems like these days, people are content with living in ignorance. It's really disheartening. It feels like the truth has been lost, and the gospel of grace has been forgotten. Everywhere I turn, I find people who have very little knowledge. I'm not saying that I'm the standard of grace, but this has been a really bizarre year for me.There is indeed a justification by faith alone, as Scripture attests. Please set aside your personal biases and let the Bible speak for itself. I am committed to the Westminster Confession of Faith and remind myself of my oath to uphold its teachings. We do not believe in a works-based righteousness, but instead hold to the doctrines of grace. I will not make minor issues into major ones simply because I want to be in control.God promises to enable us to make bold declarations that we are accepted. The gospel is not a way to get us into the covenant promises, but the gospel is our way of life. You must hold to your covenant! There is no reality in us trying to prove our own goodness to God- He knows we are saved by His grace and has determined our path regardless of our efforts. God does not give rewards to those who try to be humble through their own means- He rewards sinners who humble themselves and give glory to Him alone.
