You have been a great source of encouragement to me over the years. I know that we often tend to think of our experiences as what God is saying to us. However, God only speaks in very definite ways, so our experiences are often uncertain. No matter how weak we may be in helping others, God does not lead us to failure or regret. I know that our past does not define us, and that our past failures should not be used as an excuse for our current problems. However, there is nothing wrong with blaming our problems on the circumstances instead of our failure to do as He wants in relationships. The world is not inherently evil because of the problems we face as individuals. I try not to think that I am good, but we really are helpless and in need of God. We need to find the source of our troubles outside of our inner conflict. The world is a place where a few people ruin it for the rest of us.Because God does not define us by our relationships or our bad sorrows, He has made us what we are. We just need to start with how God has ordered our lives. And every day He teaches us to deflect blame in an effort to see we are totally accepted by Him. Whenever we try to mix our sorrow and sin as a way to not accept ourselves, we are not seeing God's memories through us as a way to live above our circumstances.
