In the times of the history of Israel, when they are dispersed in heathen nations God maintains a dialogue of prophecy. God is repeatedly working the history of redemption as the ruler of the earth. So the key question how God satisfactorily accomplishes protecting the considered saints with the threatenings circumstances. God lowers Himself to man by prophetic utterances. His chosen prophets are pronounced secrets of the future. Joseph dreamed about the foreseeable future as the mighty leader who would rule over His evil brothers. The story centers around the official opposition to the divine prophecy. Because the prophecy is a sign of the blessing promised to Abraham who received the prophecy to depart from his country and set up in the land of the future of Israel. Abraham was resolutely opposed by the heathen nations. All the stories center around the prophets chosen to prove that God means what He declares in the face of tremendous opposition. They would properly settle in the cultivated land and dig private wells. God was sufficiently establishing the eternal kingdom as the visible sign of the divine prophecy by the private wells. God is sufficiently showing that whatever He promptly declares must not be redefined or intentionally used to create a heathen God. Even to this modern day everything we go through centers around the reasonable accuracy of precisely defining the world according to the Biblical prophecy. God is proving to every person who follows the story of Joseph that God prophecy was always fulfilled, and His word can be rely on. The Psalmist is carefully teaching that God accurately describes everything He decreed in His eternal counsel. He accurately describes the notable people, conscious decisions, specific circumstances and the desired outcome. Everything God describes is in the sacred text of the extensive dialogue of Gods inspired prophets. Whether the divine prophecy was directly from God or written by the notable author it consistently maintained the organizational structure of eternal law, covenants, curses, divine decrees, enabling statutes and promises. You can properly recognize the theology of the historical teaching in the OT worship book in Psalms. Many texts employ the words in the text to connect the Psalms. The Psalmist carefully teaches God shows He is relied on since He reliably produced all necessary things, He knows the them by nature.Ps 94 9 Does he who implanted the ear not hear? Does he who formed the eye not see? 10 Does he who disciplines nations not punish? Does he who teaches man lack knowledge? 11 The Lord knows the thoughts of man; he knows that they are futile." The Psalmist is describing God who is the author of the history of redemption. God is administering the law, covenants, curses etc in turning evil to ultimate good. 12 Blessed is the man you discipline, O Lord, the man you teach from your law; 13 you grant him relief from days of trouble, till a pit is dug for the wicked. 14 For the Lord will not reject his people; he will never forsake his inheritance." All the considerable troubles that Joseph endured were purposed to intentionally set up independent judgement over the wicked. Since the creation covenant God has prophecied the remarkable reversal of the heathen nations success because of God covenant promises.
