The question What is Gods refuge. We need illumination, which the Psalmist calls secrets or divine oracles. We need to have a vision from the top of the mountain. We also need a fortress. We need to be contained from danger. We need the light& containment of allowance, prevention

Relevant statements naturally have this legitimate effect of divine enlightenment and the limitation of all objective reality

He collects the water of the sea in jars. The jars put the ocean into sacks.  God promises blessings and curses to his people.

The container is put into deposits, which is a place to put things. He puts the waters of the sea into amphorae. The water is put into amphorae, which is a container. Not only do we get oracles from God, but we can say that we are talking about the containment of blessings and curses.

We have received divine oracles from God, and we have the ability to contain the blessing and the curse.

The Psalmist teaches that the law of God is more than just a moral standard, but that it is an important tool in authoritative statements to help people get to a place of grace and mercy. Our inability to please God must be made possible by the statements that govern the law.

33 7 He gathers the waters of the sea in amphorae; puts the abyss into deposits Authoritative statements naturally have this legitimate effect of divine enlightenment and confinement of all objective reality. Not only do we receive divine oracles from God, but we are arguably talking about the containment of the blessing and the curse. The Psalmist carefully teaches that the law of God is more than a moral standard, but the effective tool in authoritative statements to gracefully enable and forcibly prevent. Our inability to please God must be made possible by statements to regulate the law. It constantly brings the attributes of God into the pronounced reality of the kingdom of God.
