33 6 At the word of the Lord, the heavens became their starry master by the breath of his mouth. “God has proclaimed in the language of the child the basic axioms that govern his endless ideas.

 33 6 God said that the stars were made by speaking the words of the heavens.

 Legal declarations, covenants, curses, etc. The inspiration for axiom comes from God.  We are consumed by the mysterious reactions of God.

God's actions are mysterious and difficult to understand.

 Just as the heavens show the visible stars and the brilliant light of the visible moon, moral axioms also brilliantly enlighten our awareness of God's eternal truth. We are confused by the mystery of God, the magnificent being of God.

 As the visible stars and moon show the brilliant light of the visible universe, so moral axioms show the brilliant light of the visible truth God.

 As the heavens show the brilliant light of the visible stars and the visible moon, moral axioms brilliantly illuminate our conscious minds to the eternal truth of God. We are bewildered by the divine mystery of the majestic presence of God.

  The Psalmist, through his metaphor, develops the appropriate words to describe giving giving to God.

 The psalmist sufficiently develops the appropriate metaphor for anything that comes from a generous mouth as a reality emanating from God.
