This Psalm is teaching the world remains Gods kingdom. God is successful because God judges everything according to life and death.The saints are engaged in a war between God and Satan. Satan befall the father of the wicked.God created all things to give His saints the ultimate freedom ruling and enjoying His creation. He united sovereign power overcoming all opposition to divine creation that saints are free from cruel bondage to Satan and his foolish children. In giving salvation, enter by grace. In this new kingdom we genuinely enjoy blessing. All we are and possess represent a gift from God. He curses everything opposing to eternal kingdom under the judicial power of eternal death and destruction. We maintain unlimited power to administer the kingdom by pronouncements of blessing and cursing.

 This Psalm is carefully teaching we are related as His dear children, who dwell fondly in His house.His children possess no power to collect these gifts, define them according to our understanding. Nor do we have power to overcome Satan and the wicked.We rule speaking pronouncements, reordering the world according to Gods view. We are incapable to define the world apart from Gods pronouncements.
The Psalmist is pronouncing an divine oracle. Gods ambassador pronouncing the reordering of the everlasting kingdom of God. We define the world according to our standard way of thinking, always defined downward. We naturally bring God down, ordinarily giving Satan and the wicked imagery powers. We do not live in a heathen world hopelessly mixed with good and bad. But the continuous line of cursing and blessing is worse than we could ever imagine. It is more attractive than we could ever fathom. It is enforced by pronouncements. All reality is accurately judged by life and death. Gods word carefully defines all objective reality.

 Everything we sincerely believe is founded on sacred words. All conscious thoughts and appropriate actions are essential communications.We think our definition of the world acts out our story. Our official definition is a fulfilled prophecy of our foreseeable future. We believe ourselves and our future is prophecy. We receive Gods salvation enter the world of prophecy ridiculously good to imagine. Gods bad prophecy is worse than we could scarcely imagine. We could not construct the cruel reality. And the good prophecy is so beautiful we could not rise to the aesthetic appreciation of spontaneous enjoyment.When we obscure this line, produce disorder in Gods world.

 The Psalmist reorders his unified view, come to be Gods prophet.Because no man can prophecy if he is untrained in Gods pronouncements. This divine oracle is spoken to reorder the ideal world graciously according to Gods view. We can justly say, the good prophet rises behind the pronouncements of blessing through creation and sinks behind curses, end the destructive activity in Gods world. In following the pronouncements, he reorders his view and develops a world order. 36 1" An oracle is within my heart concerning the sinfulness of the wicked: 5 Your love, O LORD , reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies."
