Ps 115 1 Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory,because of your love and faithfulness. The Psalmist pronounces the axioms to satisfactorily establish Gods love and faithfulness.He pronounces the inseparably uniting of blessing with cursing. When the abundant blessing and cursing come together God alone is glorified in unifying the ideal world. The earnest desire for extraordinary success if not unto himself.

 115 2 Why do the nations say,"Where is their God?"3 Our God is in heaven;he does whatever pleases him." God gave us the pronouncements as the sovereign authority over the heathen nations. As we pronounce Gods sovereign authority, proclaim dominance of Gods accomplishing whatever pleases Him. Our judicial authority is founded on the promise, God performs whatever He pleases in blessing and cursing.

 115 4 But their idols are silver and gold,made by the hands of men.5 They have mouths, but cannot speak,eyes, but they cannot see; 6 they have ears, but cannot hear,noses, but they cannot smell;
7 they have hands, but cannot feel,feet, but they cannot walk;nor can they utter a sound with their throats."
The bible never speaks directly to the blind unbeliever. When the Psalmist warns the prejudiced heathen, he is gently reminding Gods enlightened saints of the supernatural ability to pronounce death to their heathen gods. The faster they become deceased like their heathen Gods the more the enlightened saints enjoy the kingdom success. 8 Those who make them will be like them,and so will all who trust in them.9 O house of Israel, trust in the Lord--he is their help and shield." Look at their cursing and your blessing.

115 10 O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord--he is their help and shield.11 You who fear him, trust in the Lord--he is their help and shield.12 The Lord remembers us and will bless us:He will bless the house of Israel,he will bless the house of Aaron,13 he will bless those who fear the Lord--small and great alike.14 May the Lord make you increase,both you and your children.15 May you be blessed by the Lord,the Maker of heaven and earth." The Psalmist is affectionately referring the original private garden of complete success of the law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises. The saints were deposited into a wicked world of completely dead men to the objective reality of the perfect axiom creation. The gentle saints live peacefully in the objective reality of divine creation. The wicked walk around in the profound darkness. We bless the saints by pronouncing the recreation. We control the heathen by the allowance and prevention of the creation axioms.  

  115 16 The highest heavens belong to the Lord,but the earth he has given to man.17 It is not the dead who praise the Lord,those who go down to silence;18 it is we who extol the LORD, both now and forevermore. Praise the LORD. This is his compelling argument. God efficiently delivered an everlasting gift of the created earth to us. He willingly ceded us control through law, covenants, curses, decrees, statues and promises. Growing up or down are pleasurable by dominating the highest and lowest in authoritative pronouncements. Our organized opposition is completely defanged by moral blindness and eternal death.
