Ps 56 Be merciful to me, O God, for men hotly pursue me;all day long they press their attack.2 My slanderers pursue me all day long;many are attacking me in their pride." The Psalmist is carefully teaching we are naturally born into a wicked world merely described by plighted words.God made all free moral agents with the cognitive ability of moral self-reflection. Those self-reflections are describing every created thing by an specific image. The unique accurate description is Gods pronouncements in the law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises. The unique words of our accurate value in this cruel world.

 56 3 When I am afraid,I will trust in you.4 In God, whose word I praise,in God I trust; I will not be afraid.What can mortal man do to me?The Psalmist is teaching there is no such man as merely secular. All men were naturally produced to assemble a heathen god according to penal law. Consequently, wicked man ill befalls a religious zealot cynically manipulating the law for self-protection. Without the pronouncements sinners indissolubly unite under the banner of political pragmatism. Pragmatism remains in isolation the hateful presence of leaven. Our unique defense is Gods appropriate control of life and death.Christ death delivered us from practicing violence by the ongoing pronouncements of the curse. We are desperately defending Gods righteousness by the credible threat of eternal death to organized opposition.

 56 5 All day long they twist my words;they are always plotting to harm me.6 They conspire, they lurk,they watch my steps,eager to take my life." The offensive presence of rampant corruption constitute a potential threat of our premature demise. Everything in a corrupt world rises to the imminent threat of violent death. We are ruthlessly exposed to a world that organizes against Gods law, covenant, curses, decrees, statutes and promises to devalue us. If men could thwart authoritative pronouncements the righteous would be devoured like bread.  

 56 7 On no account let them escape;in your anger, O God, bring down the nations.8 Record my lament;list my tears on your scroll--are they not in your record?"The Psalmist is teaching if men could describe the world graciously according to Gods law, covenants, curses etc., would value all speech under eternal judgement. Violent men are political experts in merely describing the world inconsistent by their criminal actions. The eternal judge accurately records our pronounced prosecution and accurate defense adjudicated in eternity.  

 56 9 Then my enemies will turn back when I call for help.By this I will know that God is for me.10 In God, whose word I praise,in the Lord, whose word I praise--11 in God I trust; I will not be afraid.What can man do to me?" When we do not protest all corruption with the most severe curse, are intentionally altering the continuous line of blessing and cursing. Gods pronouncements are sworn to tell the truth covenant words that cannot be moved. We vehemently oppose all pervasive corruption at all times by the continuous line of blessing and cursing.

 56 12 I am under vows to you, O God;I will present my thank offerings to you.13 For you have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life." Gods law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises are life and death sworn to tell the truth words God will faithfully fulfill every word. Our success is completely dependent the line God has drawn by the axioms. His covenant faithfulness undoubtedly contains everything that resolutely opposes us. We pronounce eternal control over the created earth.
