Before sin man and women dominate the earth applying law, covenants, curses, decrees, promises and statutes. The axiom provided for freedom to act according to nature. They respectfully submitted to each other. But when God cursed the earth, divine grace turned the authorities upside down. God sufficiently protects the more delicate parts of creation carefully considering the scales by constraining the strong. This is why in civil divorce the man is penalized because God must faithfully preserve the innocent children. God sufficiently establishes moral authority by substitution. God does not limit Himself to ordinary means because He orders the historical events to fall out in necessary protection of the weak. He works outside of the means to carefully bear the specific weakness of the most vulnerable.This why roles in leadership are not always conventional.God is remarkably simple but sinners are extremely complicated. He gives authority for protection. We need accounting for mental health, problems in communication and how best to remedy the needs of the weaker at the expense of the responsible leaders. This is why God works outside the means in an unconventional way.
