Ps 28 7 The LORD is my strength and my shield;

my heart trusts in him, and I am helped.

My heart leaps for joy

and I will give thanks to him in song.

8 The LORD is the strength of his people,

a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.

9 Save your people and bless your inheritance;

be their shepherd and carry them forever."

We are always focused on correctly identifying with people by universally sharing in the same experiences and unique traits that they typically exhibit. In the Psalms we are mutually illuminated that pronouncing the law, decrees, etc. properly attend the way to vicariously experience the possible identity that conveys a keener understanding of God. This exercise is described by the Psalmist as a sounder understanding of himself. This converts him to acquire a sounder understanding of God .

 

The pronouncements that we humanly speak to God teach us the objective reality of which we are. In this Psalm he is stating the key differences that he tolerates with the wicked.This is a Psalm that grounds us to be set apart unto God. Consequently, it's a humble confession that converts through teaching us to fondly cherish spiritual desires for God. This is why he talks candidly in a circular way.He pronounces the Lord as his superior strength and shield then uses the past tense of trusted words generously helped with the present response to perform a song or pronounce this Psalm to God. Therefore, the Psalm expresses the Christian desire to be separated from the wicked in eternity. This conversion helps the Psalmist place the historical events in this world into renewed perspective. He sincerely desires to be set apart unto God and speaks the pronouncements converting his desires.

The Psalmist learns to pronounce these Psalms to draw near to God so that he might demonstrate his desires. We are what we fondly imagine we are. Every man steadfastly adheres to his personal view.We need learning the proper disposition so that we might be converted to a more favorable view of God. The Psalmist speak the pronouncements then describes the appropriate response of God to his sincere desires. This is a established practice in the Psalms. When we come back to the same meditation, not only revisit the beneficial exercise of pronouncing and being efficiently  illuminated but converted to more proper understanding.
Meditating in this creative way is objectively compared to the historical circumstances of God leading the Israelite's through the savage wilderness. They were completely dependent upon God for everything in their traveling. Consequently, we learn to be converted by preaching to ourselves. God is accomplishing everything from His word and Spirit. Enjoying life is faithfully obeying in the vivid reality of understanding our frustrations. Its not reluctantly obeying like the Pharisees. Its having the right disposition.
