In Matthew Jesus teaches that all men can not depend upon food alone to prosper in this world. Matt 4 4Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.' "God divinely revealed Himself in two specific ways. God has carefully developed all things in revealing natural revelation. He has efficiently produced and sustained all things according to His spoken word or special revelation. Not merely has he caused the created earth and commanded man to rule over it, but He satisfactorily established His paternal government over man by pronouncing them into continuous existence. Jesus is saying the thorough history of the earth is composed by every sacred word that comes out of His mouth. We see in the Psalms that all the words of the Bible are articulated in the complete context of the law, covenants, curses, statutes, decrees and promises. Consequently,  our comprehensive knowledge and completed application must be properly guided or intentionally limited by every word of the Bible. The bible is all we universally require to occupy a life of godliness.

We must understand the inherent desire in man is to dispute what is clearly taught in the Bible. The bible remains the unique book that contains precisely sacred words that produce and order all things. It is efficiently the unique book that contains the words that do not require plausible explanation by any other source. The bible is self-revelatory. One word written down in the bible represents the spirit of all the words. The bible cannot be conveniently divided or added too. I like to say the bible is Gods creative words articulated in laws, covenants, curses, statutes, decrees and promises. The six axioms contain all of Gods divine purposes and ends as He governs over all time. Every word of the Bible is pronounced in the context of the six axioms.
The Psalmist is teaching that this world is everlasting  kingdom. God has spokes and governs all things by the axioms. But when man invariably fell into sin, he promptly began redefining Gods axioms. Man invariably began knowingly committing the sin of "rasha."They seek to unanimously overturn the lawful order and fundamental symmetry of all created relationships because they experience the nervous activity of depraved nature. But God has reestablished His governing divine authority over the earth by cursing all law breakers. Gods work of overturning the destructive efforts of the wicked is justly described by the Psalmist as Gods eternal  salvation.  He established all things for the purpose of His own pleasure and glory. He established eternal salvation by speaking the law, covenants, curses, etc. so that we can gather ourselves. The pronouncements carefully steer Gods chosen people to rejoice in the picturesque beauty and outstanding order of creation. Consequently, the Psalmist propose the question that God rules through salvation then why are the wicked successful in their efforts to ruin Gods saints? How can Gods vulnerable people rejoice when the wicked happily abuse the saints? If God rules the world then why is the wicked happy ruling with impunity?

But if God is sovereign then does He act without sufficient reason? Some people instruct that because Gods unique ways are not understandable then we accept evil is normal. If the bible teaches our confident hope of salvation is greater than the extensive destruction that occurs because of sin then how can we live with this hope if the unavoidable evils we vicariously experience are unexplainable? If we were inevitably under the threats of the wicked then how would we ever be able to vicariously experience rejoicing and justified confidence? The sole way that the sovereignty of God could be effective in appropriate response to our experience of being opposed is if Gods curses were spoken to justify us. In this Psalm we are pronounced the axioms of the victorious king to overcome all determined opposition. The Psalmist ties the pronouncements of divine creation to accurate recreation. (implanted the ear not hear? formed the eye not see?Teach man lack knowledge? Know the thoughts of man)
In order for God to rule without mutual opposition, He must typically respond to the unavoidable circumstances that are created by the opposition. If God is infallibly justified, loving, faithful, kind, and long suffering then He must act in swift judgment when the wicked opposes Him. And if God has created mankind for His own glory then He must act promptly in a way that faithfully upholds His divine purposes. In other words if there where anything outside of God that instantly improved the standard of His order and ideal beauty then His specific purposes of bringing Himself glory would be overturned. If we could imperfectly exercise power and authority in the creation covenant then we would be unable to sufficiently prove that God glorifies Himself. Consequently, God had to faithfully recreate the world through eternal life and death pronouncements. God had to establish eternal salvation to His people by life and death pronouncements. When we say we are confident, it is authentic in the sovereign expression of the eternal blessing and cursing.
