The specific teaching of a passage or specific verse of scripture should be put in the comprehensive context of the whole teaching. A marriage partner is free to lawfully marry another qualified person if the covenant has been broken by adultery. The bible also teaches capital punishment for murder. Consequently, we have an obligation to adequately protect the loyal partner from mental and physical abuse. Abuse leads to murder.

 

God did not execute a law that is binding according to mans judgements. The law of God represent not an eye for an eye. The slightest infraction is justly punished by the authoritative pronouncement of death to the convicted offender. The pronouncement of death to the violator not only addresses the criminal violation but the miss use of the law by mans justice system. Mans misuse of the law and the criminal violation cannot overturn authoritative Gods pronouncements of death. Gods pronouncement of death will be carried out in spite of the criminal act and corrupted judicial decision.

It's logical to reasonably conclude that God is always justified because He judges on the line of blessing and cursing.It is also logical to justly conclude that if the unbelieving partner is still alive then God has graciously allowed them to lawfully marry a believer for His distinct purpose.Since God has accurately recorded the authoritative pronouncements of the curses against the wicked, He is conveniently expressing His divine displeasure for their blind attempts to ruin relationships. In this way God typically retains them on a leash in graciously allowing and forcibly preventing.If God did not contain the personal danger then He we could not depend on Him to be the qualified judge. We must justly apply wisdom as we collaboratively work applying the pronouncements in these various situations of unequally yoked marriages.

Gods implanted law in man represent a gift to interpreting the creation and manage it for his pleasure.How can a man displease God if he maintained no opposition? If God placed man in the garden to evaluate him then it would not be without the tension of opposition. Tension presupposes there was opposition. But God designed man with the blessed ability to administer an open-ended law. As long as man administered the law, he was every increasing in praise and glory to 

God.Consequently, our loss of control is anticipated to sin and corruption. Hence, the organized opposition is not in the visible world. It is our comprehensive view of the ideal world.Since we do not reflect thoughts after God, we will act pragmatically in our superficial judgements of the imminent danger of sin and pervasive violence in the creation.
This is why God properly communicated the reality check in pronouncing the eternal law, covenants, curses, judicial decrees, comprehensive statutes and promises. We must reorder our comprehensive view of evil that is customarily under the imminent threat of death.We must understand the good admirably represents God working wonders that are extremely great for us to imagine. We must perceive the world through Gods work of eternal redemption and not process. This is why God gave us the authoritative pronouncements to infinitely protest the smallest evil and unacceptable violence to prevent us from embracing the acute danger.
