The heavens display Gods Law in action. They are a display of whom God is. Everything that is created or works according to their purpose remains order by the spoken word of God. 147 15 He sends his command to the earth;his word runs swiftly.147 16 He spreads the snow like wool and scatters the frost like ashes.17 He hurls down his hail like pebbles.Who can withstand his icy blast?18 He sends his word and melts them;he stirs up his breezes, and the waters flow."The Psalmist is properly instructing what is behind a snow storm as it powerfully moves and naturally falls to fruitful earth as well as melting on the ground. In this necessary sense the Psalmist is alluding to the King who properly pronounces the historical event.

Accordingly we see that activity of the law is both in the creation of the ideal beauty which is the snow falling. It also is taking away the aesthetic beauty in the snow melting.18 15 The valleys of the sea were exposed, and the foundations of the earth laid bare at your rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of breath from your nostrils."Here is the same metaphor for Gods word accurately compared to blasting of His breath, He is justly describing time in the fierce battle when the enemy turns and runs away.  When Gods curses have been successful, His blessing will faithfully follow. The Psalmist is describing the diverse effects of Gods operative word graciously according to the human characteristics.Gods law naturally replenishes or it ruthlessly exposes. If you pronounce Law without it powerfully affecting the visible creation then it would realistically be mysticism. But Gods Law goes out and does not return void.

This is why man suffers a natural lack of faith in Gods word. Its hard for us to undoubtedly believe that when God pronounces it is miraculous. If we genuinely believed that Gods word is the cause of the material universe then we would intentionally use it for our mutual benefit and the necessary good of others.138 4,5 May all the kings of the earth praise you, O LORD, when they hear the words of your mouth. May they sing of the ways of the LORD, for the glory of the LORD is great."The authoritative pronouncement of Gods word that by heart is on our lips is eternal. At some point in the history of man on the earth, it can efficiently create the total unity of all historical kings and independent nations. We are issued universal pronouncements. We can dominate the earth without uniquely representing the king by occupation. The Psalmist is inseparably uniting our subsequent eternal experience with our ability in this corrupted earth by pronouncing Gods word to rise up to the eternal mystery. We experience something that is too wonderful for us to intuitively understand. It will be experienced in reality in the eternal state.
