The Psalmist is resolutely turning to God to be remade on the inside. He said God had promised faithfully to confide in us because of His covenant promises. God does not desire us to act foolishly as if we are not troubled when we are unduly burdened. Allow me to offer you some advice from praying the axioms. Never keep you sore troubles to yourself. You must accurately describe to God exactly what you are experiencing. And here the Psalmist wisely directs our unique experience is on plighted words.

He deals with all of the inward troubles because we are social beings. We are in need to feel intimately connected to other familiar people. For an apparent reason we do not feel linked to anyone. This is experiencing loneliness. We could be in the middle of a festive crowd and genuinely feel disconnected The second problem is experiencing inward troubles that typically weigh us down. We remain a irresistible magnet to outward troubles and they pile up in us to the emotional point we are inevitably going to explode. It may be bodily pain. The third trouble is our overwhelming guilt from sin. The Psalmist always complains about emotional and physical pain first then terrible guilt and sin. Our personal troubles inevitably divert our critical eyes inward. Consequently, we start dwelling unduly on our sins. The latter thing comprises the cruel people who incite trouble. And if we are lonely and guilty then it seems that people start piling on. In accurately describing to God our troubles He will listen attentively. God requires us to vicariously experience wholeness of body mind and soul. The Psalms are properly written to create genuine unity and wholeness in our lives. If we do not feel like we reasonably manage the world we dearly need the pronouncements.
