We possess a clear and unwavering vision of that divine tribunal—an image that is both piercing and certain. It is like birds suddenly falling from the sky, struck by an incurable disease—an unavoidable and humbling sight—yet even in such moments, our resolve remains unbreakable. No venom or malice from the serpent can ultimately destroy us because we stand firm on the promises of God, rooted in His everlasting Word. This steadfastness gives us assurance that we can endure, that we can remain unshaken amid life's storms, confident in the divine promise that sustains us. And so, we find ourselves here—illuminated by the light of faith, gazing into the vastness of eternity with hope and anticipation. Yet, we recognize that our eternal life begins not only after this earthly journey but also in the present moment. It is a living, breathing reality that starts now—an ongoing hope rooted in the promise of everlasting communion with God. We are a people living in the luminous shadows of a higher realm, holding tightly to this hope even amid the trials and realities of this world. Through the eyes of faith, we peer beyond the visible, into that unseen realm—longing to touch it, to draw from its well of grace, and to be renewed with each new morning. These moments—what we call revivals—are personal and corporate encounters where we step into worship and catch a glimpse of that otherworldly reality, a vision of Christ in His radiant glory and beatific presence. In these sacred moments, we shed the illusions that earthly circumstances can confine or imprison us. The entire system of the reprobate’s power begins to wane as we discover that God's goodness is our true refuge—a refuge that cannot be shaken. When everything else is stripped away—our misplaced trusts, our superficial securities—we find in His presence a sufficiency that surpasses all earthly satisfaction, a fulfillment that endures beyond the fleeting pleasures of this life. There exists a universal longing—a shared vision among those who seek after God—a deep desire to encounter the Divine in its purest form of worship. This aspiration drives us to pursue a sincere and transformed relationship with Him, to truly know His heart, and to experience His presence intimately. It is in worship—both individual and communal—that we come face to face with the sacred, the Divine Himself. And in that sacred meeting, everything that is broken or out of place in our lives and in the world is righted; it is restored to its proper order under His reign. This hope—the ultimate hope—is anchored in the firm conviction that one day, when we behold Christ Jesus as He truly is, all our efforts and longings to find and know God will be fulfilled. Because we are ultimately saved into God's eternal sanctuary, sheltered beneath His wings of grace and mercy, our deepest hope is that, on the day of judgment, we will stand on the other side of history and witness the wicked depart into darkness, while we rejoice in the light of His presence.
