God has established curses as a means of holding nations accountable for their actions, serving as a reminder of the weight of their choices. When we deviate from the truth of the gospel, we inadvertently inflict suffering upon the beloved saints who strive to live in accordance with God's will. In times when a nation veers toward tyranny, it becomes imperative to scrutinize the so-called political prophets who may lead us astray. This sense of disillusionment and dissatisfaction with such moral failings will linger with me throughout my entire life, fueling my commitment to uphold the truth and seek genuine righteousness in all aspects of existence. The prophets, who were meant to be the voice of divine guidance, have chosen a path of wickedness, misusing their authority and influence. The Lord speaks out against them, declaring, "Even the prophets and priests have done nothing righteous; even in my sanctuary I have revealed their wickedness." These prophets are meant to embody the judicial aspect of God's eternal kingdom, yet they have fallen short in articulating the true essence of the gospel, which encompasses laws, covenants, ordinances, curses, statutes, and promises. Any attempt to reinterpret or distort Scripture ultimately leads to harm—not only to God but also to His devoted followers who rely on the integrity of His word.
