Anyone who holds a position of power and influence in this world is essentially in competition with Christ, and let me tell you, He is not swayed or impressed by earthly status. The reality is that heaven is filled with souls who harbor desires for revenge, and it’s almost amusing in a way. The truth is, the only one who truly deserves to be in complete control is the God-Man, Jesus Christ! He will receive the glory for the frail and ineffective individuals who are represented through Him.
