Prayer is a powerful tool for bringing about change, but it is important to acknowledge that God is constant and unchanging. We should be grateful that God uses various methods to fulfill His plans, ensuring that everything ultimately serves His purpose. Our impact on the world is fleeting, as most people are quickly forgotten. Many individuals lack a long-term perspective due to their sinful nature, which can be traced back to Adam's original sin. While we may not be personally responsible for every moral failing, we are still part of the sinful human race and inherit the consequences of Adam's actions. Ultimately, our own goodness plays a minor role in shaping the course of history. In the broader context of history, God views earthly kings and judges as unimportant. He perceives them as exhibiting favoritism towards the powerful and engaging in schemes against the defenseless and orphaned. God is the epitome of fairness and justice. Ultimately, only God is deserving of everlasting praise and glory, as human establishments and individuals are fleeting and easily disregarded. Those who go unnoticed and overlooked in history will be exalted in the afterlife, as God looks beyond outward appearances to discern the true essence of one's character.
