Engaging in dialogue with individuals who exhibit arrogance and ruthlessness, solely focused on their own agenda, may prove to be a fruitless endeavor. It is unrealistic to anticipate receptiveness and respect from such individuals without reciprocation. Expressing love and seeking prayers during times of peril may not necessarily soften the hearts of those who view such gestures as signs of weakness, as vulnerability is often derided in society. The primary challenge lies in comprehending the hardships and experiences that have molded the hardened demeanor of contemporary individuals. Merely sharing religious teachings may not suffice in penetrating their tough exteriors, especially when they have been inundated with messages of divine love that now seem trite. Individuals who believe they can easily convert such hardened individuals with religious scriptures may encounter ridicule and opposition instead. The Christian faith offers the solution for those consumed by malevolence, but without reaching a state of humility and surrender, their transformation may be unlikely. Picture the archetypal worldly individual - confident, impeccably dressed, and adept at persuasion to achieve their goals. Despite appearing successful and influential on the surface, beneath lies a heart filled with malice and a desire to cause harm. Having personally experienced the difficulties of sharing sacred teachings with hostile and disrespectful individuals, it is clear that Christians must approach such individuals cautiously, wisely, and assertively, rather than expecting them to embrace messages of love and salvation without resistance. Reflecting on the sacrifices made by martyrs for their beliefs, it is disheartening to witness disdain towards the Christian message. Our prayers are not for persecution or death, but for divine intervention to humble those who oppose us and lead them towards redemption. It is remarkable to observe the blindness of some Christians in the face of adversity. Seeking solace and guidance in the Psalms, I find strength in overcoming the challenges posed by deceitful individuals. The Psalms provide a framework for utilizing spiritual resilience to combat the deceptive intentions of others, presenting it as a form of art. The foundation of such behavior lies in the inherent nature of individuals. Through personal encounters with deceitful individuals, I have developed the ability to discern manipulation. It is puzzling when fellow Christians stand in opposition, and even more so when they unite against me. If only I could simply request to be left alone. The Christian faith is not a message devoid of expectations.
