The divine program of God is consistent and unchanging. He does not partition the world and decide to implement democracy in one place while establishing a monarchy in another. Instead, He governs the world according to His righteousness, judgments, covenants, laws, statutes, and promises. God foreordains all events before they occur. In contrast, human systems are pragmatic and prioritize salvation and obedience to God's law. However, there is inherent deception in human nature regarding our adherence to these standards. God observes the world and human systems and finds them lacking in justice and fairness. He does not blame His own family but intervenes to rescue them from the consequences of human decisions. While God serves as the ultimate judge of all nations, He continues to act as a caring Father to His children.

The world is not simply defined by two equal propositions. Despite the apparent disobedience of men, God's law always fulfills its intended purpose, condemning sinners in the process. Breaking God's law leads to the rightful consequence of being cut off from His protective governance. Regardless of the form of government, ultimately it is God who rules and governs. Man cannot escape the responsibility of moral agency bestowed upon him by his creator, shaping his culture and worldview. This belief is rooted in the idea that God's word dictates all events and brings about renewal. Through His divine order and culture, established by His word, God governs all of time.

One of the ways in which God exercises His governance is through the use of curses. He supports and protects His children, likened to a man in the Old Testament who humbly places his feet on the earth as a pedestal, cradling his children in a forgiving hand that extends even lower than their deepest trials. He empathizes with their injustices as if He were personally advocating for their innocence before a judge, using His hands to heal their wounds and tirelessly working on their behalf. This demonstrates that God's governance extends beyond just spiritual oversight, as He is present in the most difficult and challenging circumstances, even descending to the depths of curses.

God speaks as the king of Israel because he holds ultimate authority over the earth. He ensures that his people are provided for, remembers his miracles, redistributes wealth from other nations to his own, and establishes righteous family lines. As a ruler, he judges the wicked, but as a king, he acts as a loving father to his people. When addressing the nation of Israel, it is due to the presence of wicked individuals who have erected idols in his place. Despite this, God never destroys his children for their sins, but the presence of idols serves as evidence of their cursed state.
