The concept of the "I wills" of God can be seen in the promises He makes in His covenant with individuals such as Abram, David, prophets, and His chosen ones, where He pledges to uphold them even at His own expense. When believers come in the name of the Lord, they enter into a legal relationship with God. While some may view being under the protection of the Lord's name as simply having His power and authority in a submissive manner, the law actually goes beyond mere compliance and defines the relationship between humanity and God. Transgressors of the law face death, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a blameless relationship with Jesus that goes beyond a familial connection.

As believers, our sanctification upon salvation grants us complete justification in the eyes of God. We exist in a tension of already experiencing salvation, but not yet fully realizing its complete fulfillment. Christ serves as our ultimate substitute, not only in the context of atonement but also as our defender. Our righteousness is declared in the heavenly court, allowing us to have a loving relationship with the eternal Father and peace with the eternal Judge. While some may view God's love as a purely emotional experience, the legal aspects of our relationship with Him demonstrate His love through tangible actions. This is the essence of the curse being broken.

Our perception of love in our relationship with God is based on His declaration of our innocence. All of His words to us affirm that we are not guilty and are no longer bound by the constraints of the law. The apostle reassures us that no one can accuse or condemn those chosen by God, as it is God who validates our righteousness. Being blameless in the eyes of God means rejecting any accusations against us, regardless of whether they violate a specific law. Our salvation from the curse lies in aligning ourselves with God's promises of blessing. While the wicked face God's threats, we, as the blameless, embrace and affirm those threats against wrongdoers. This is in accordance with God's teachings and instructions for us.
