It was the eternal intention of God to bestow His love upon certain individuals, while also allowing His wrath to be poured out on those who continued in their sinful ways. If His intention was to love these individuals from eternity, then it is certain that His love will endure indefinitely. This is because His decision to love them was made in the eternal wisdom and counsel of God, ensuring that His love will persist throughout eternity.

All human beings are flawed and are subject to God's displeasure. God is constantly angered by those who do wrong. There is no inherent goodness in humans, except for God. Humans have a disdain for God and refuse to submit to Him. The only factor that distinguishes those whom God favors from those He does not is Christ. Through His perfect life, both in His actions and His suffering, Christ is able to save those who belong to Him. He did not pray for the entire world, but specifically for His chosen ones, asking that the Father would protect them until the end. When we belong to Christ, we have a unique fellowship with the Father through the Holy Spirit. Our identity does not come from our ability to maintain our connection with God's love, but rather from being loved by Him first, enabling us to show love in return. Being in Christ means we are constantly loved by God and cannot be separated from Him. This is the purpose that God intends to achieve through Christ - to love us until the end, bringing glory to Himself through His goodness towards us. Any lesser manifestation of His love would diminish His purpose of demonstrating His goodness.

The morally corrupt individuals grapple with feelings of guilt, fear, shame, condemnation, anger, and a sense of separation from God. They endure a constant state of restlessness, engaging in a tumultuous relationship with the divine. Our salvation lies in the unwavering love that Christ has for us, as evidenced by His promises and covenant. His love for us precludes any possibility of simultaneous anger towards us. However, He is capable of displaying love towards us while also expressing anger towards the wicked. It is important to note that God operates with a single, unified will.
