The opposing viewpoint suggests that God possesses ultimate power, but will not infringe upon our free will. If God is indeed all-powerful, then He acts in accordance with His own desires unless He is hindered by a stronger will. We recognize and accept that God is unrestricted in His actions. However, if we were to entertain the notion that we have absolute freedom to do as we please, we would essentially be creating our own deity. I believe that gods are not solely physical entities, but can also be constructs of our own imaginations. By acknowledging that God acts in accordance with His own desires, we elevate Him to the highest position of authority and reverence.

It is beneficial for us to conceptualize God as separate from us because of our inherent moral nature. By defining God as distinct from us, we acknowledge that He is not bound by any external laws. Instead, He serves as the ultimate standard of morality. It is important to recognize that our understanding of the law is limited, and it primarily serves to reveal our own shortcomings. As the Psalmist asks, who can truly understand their own mistakes? Therefore, God operates according to His own will and is the only one who can truly judge His actions.

We are observing God, who exemplifies justice, faithfulness, kindness, and love by consistently fulfilling the requirements of the law across all time. This harmonious display of genuine unity is a manifestation of the Trinitarian nature. This divine message is conveyed to us through the essence of the words. The word of God is whole and complete, lacking any fragmentation. Every word encompasses the spirit of all the other words. Thus, the symmetry achieved by fulfilling the law's demands throughout all time is embodied in the essence of a single scripture. The Psalmist refers to this as the word of salvation.

When the Psalmist reflects on the teachings of God, they humbly request that these teachings be pleasing to God by mirroring the flawless harmony and coherence of His divine works in both the original creation and the subsequent recreation. As we observe the intricacies of God's creative and redemptive processes, we encounter a sense of inner harmony within our souls. This spiritual rejuvenation is achieved through the power of God's word and the influence of His Holy Spirit.
