There are numerous perspectives to consider when discussing the challenge of grappling with sin and its impact on our identity. It is important to not rely solely on general patterns when facing this internal battle, but rather to individually apply forgiveness and strive for personal growth. It is possible that we may encounter more obstacles than anticipated on our journey towards self-improvement. Therefore, it is crucial to prioritize the process of overcoming struggles rather than fixating on achieving immediate victories.

Allow me to posit that it is a pervasive inclination within human nature to hastily form judgments during moments of vulnerability. Through personal observation, I have come to understand salvation as a state of wholeness, wherein we encounter it and subsequently navigate our shortcomings with the aid of grace. However, it is essential to confront the reality that, more often than not, we fail to recognize the necessity of candidly sharing our personal sorrows and distresses with God. Instead, we mistakenly associate self-denial with the suppression of such emotions, ultimately fostering a self-righteous disposition.

During my youth, I possessed an imaginative belief that I would find solace by temporarily escaping from the world and confronting my transgressions before God. It is important to note that I harbored certain reservations about this endeavor. Firstly, I perceived my burdens as tangible weights, convinced that my understanding of salvation through grace influenced my reactions, which were mere figments of my limited experiential knowledge. I grappled with an emotional burden, hypersensitive to every stimulus. Thus, if we delve into the realm of a perplexed conscience plagued by sensitivity, I am well-equipped to aid numerous individuals in this realm. Consequently, I am elucidating this account from a personal struggle, subsequently drawing parallels and applications to this harrowing state of confusion.

Many individuals, including myself, often make inferences based on our past experiences. However, there is a distinction between simply conforming to common patterns observed in our experiences and genuinely knowing something to be true based on a deep intellectual understanding. The latter occurs when we have a moment of enlightenment and apply that newfound knowledge to various aspects of our lives. Unfortunately, we often find ourselves trapped in our own biases and preconceived notions, which hinders our ability to truly benefit from these enlightening applications. I can usually discern when someone is solely influenced by their personal experiences, which is a more superficial form of self-reflection.

The reason behind this phenomenon is that our prayers tend to be excessively verbose, with the intention of creating a certain experience rather than genuinely expressing our true emotions before God. This is due to the influence of the flawed concept of the "carrot teaching," which perpetuates a circular and worldly mindset that ultimately leads to a discontented state of Christian existence. Surprisingly, our choice of words in our prayers often leads us astray and hinders our spiritual growth. A fundamental principle for a healthy Christian life is to first understand the nature of God, placing Him at the center of our prayers, and then applying this spiritual insight to ourselves. When we fail to do so, we unintentionally create more difficulties for ourselves than those who find pleasure in worldly pursuits. Additionally, it is counterproductive to present our own arguments to our Heavenly Father.

As we delve into higher spiritual concepts and thoughts of God, we start to truly discover our true selves and experience a profound sense of interconnectedness and selflessness. I use terms like "mesmerized" and "artistic" to draw parallels to philosophical ideas in modern society. These words are not inherently negative when discussing personal growth and spiritual experiences. I will now present my argument to you, as it was taught to me by someone who has guided me on this path of personal development.

In order to avoid imposing our own subjective beliefs on what we perceive as the correct things to say, it is necessary for us to open ourselves to a higher power and allow it to infuse us with a comprehensive understanding of navigating the complexities of this imperfect world, without succumbing to its sorrows or conforming to its pursuit of self-fulfillment. When we surrender ourselves to our higher power, we recognize that it is removing our sense of self before we can do so through our own efforts. Grace precedes our ability to achieve this. Additionally, there is a certain aspect in which gaining enlightenment coincides with a tendency to mourn and reject confused and angry viewpoints that distort our perception of reality. I will further discuss this concept of surrendering to a higher power or attaining inner tranquility. Oh, I digressed from my initial intention of sharing a personal experience from the past.
