The Great Shepherd is deeply concerned about every aspect of my life. He attentively watches over me, bringing relief to my soul and guiding me closer to Him. He protects me from sin and forgives me when I do fall short. He prevents me from straying and instills in me the confidence to follow the right path. He ensures that my journey is smooth and picks me up with grace when I stumble. His reminders of His grace through the outpouring of His Spirit reinforce my awareness of His presence. He leads me towards beauty and tranquility, allowing me to experience His eternal reality. I am able to hear the soothing sound of waterfalls and find peace as if I were reclining under a tree in springtime, savoring a glass of lemonade in perfect stillness. He subdues my enemies, granting me the confidence and serenity to keep my soul at peace. His words strengthen my spirit, filling my eyes with unwavering assurance. I am aware that He is working all things for my benefit. Through His Spirit, He lavishes waves of grace, love, and peace upon me. He guides me towards the righteousness of Christ, revealing His boundless grace. He makes me righteous and rushes to my aid when I sin, for I am seen through the lens of Christ's righteousness. He grants me forgiveness and speaks peace to my soul, ensuring that my sins do not condemn me to damnation but instead restore me to a state of purity before the fall. I can boldly approach Him and declare that I am walking in His ways, for He no longer remembers my past transgressions. He has bestowed upon me numerous promises, which I can confidently present to Him, leading to blessings beyond my wildest imagination. Even in my darkest moments of sin, He urges me to embrace His instant forgiveness, revealing the immense power of Christ's righteousness. In times of greatest weakness, I can approach Him and request the greatest gifts, knowing that His love for me is boundless.

Our connection to Christ is so integral that unless we align ourselves with His teachings and view His life as our own, we will experience great unhappiness. Simply being in the presence of the Almighty Shepherd is enough to rejuvenate our souls. When we approach Him in prayer, we are revitalized to the point where we feel an overwhelming desire to rejoice throughout the entire day. We perceive the gentle melodies of celestial music and hear countless voices harmonizing in hymns, as if they were congregated around the heavenly throne, all in perfect unity. Our innermost beings are enveloped in waves of the Spirit's divine sweetness. We become so refreshed that we desire nothing other than His presence. We are so captivated by Him that no earthly pleasures or relationships can rival the revitalizing infusion of the Spirit. His presence drowns out the clamor of the world around us, leaving us yearning for heaven and internally moved to tears by this state of joy. We envision Him captivating us in a manner that surpasses our wildest imagination. This renewed sense of restoration is always within our reach when we draw near to Him. He is a Shepherd who beckons us to prayer and grants us glimpses of the profound revival we would experience if we were by His side in the heavenly realm.

Even when we face trials, He lifts us above them in His hands and shows His power to those around us by supporting us, destroying our enemies and showing the world that He has given us everything we have, He holds us in his arms as he speaks powerful words into the ears of the world, telling them, “This is my child. He's my favorite, I give him my best, and he doesn't do anything to deserve it. My child has no power over it.” Come, but because I love him and am his shepherd, you will not lay a hand on him. My child is precious to me. You may see him stumbling and sinning, but I have forgiven him, and I have not forgiven you, so it is not good for you to blame my child. It is in my house." I will show you how merciful I am through the helplessness of my child.
