Dear Father, we express our gratitude that You, as the Most High God, are unmatched in your greatness. We acknowledge that you are our Lord and God, and as your servants, we are compelled to continually seek your glory throughout our lives. However, when we confront the sins that we struggle with, we deeply recognize the guilt and sorrow they bring. Father, you are aware of our troubled hearts and we are grateful that you have provided a way for us to approach you honestly. In times of distress, you offer us hope, and when we yearn to seek you for who you truly are, you shower us with your light and reveal your glorious nature. When we are filled with fear, we turn to you for guidance, and you lead us on the right path. In moments of weakness, we rely on your strength, which enables us to overcome any obstacles. When we feel threatened, you remind us that our salvation is our shield in times of trouble, and you continue to equip us for the battles we face. We thank you, Father, for being a loving God who does not view our sins as a constant barrier between us. You have given us yourself so that we may experience your boundless love. As we seek you, we are confident in the fulfillment of your promises. When we approach you in prayer and seek your presence, we truly comprehend the vastness of your love for us. We are grateful that we do not need to approach you in a state of bondage, but instead, we find true freedom in being lifted above ourselves, experiencing your limitless acceptance, and your refusal to hold our sins against us. For if you were to keep a record of our sins, none of us could stand before you. Oh God of all glory, we cannot fully comprehend your eternal existence. Your thoughts bring about instant action, and you satisfy the desires of every living thing with a mere flick of your hand. If we were forced to beg you, our existence would be miserable. But because you have designed us to experience your almighty power even in our most sinful struggles, because you have promised to support and uplift those who have fallen and are bowed down, we find complete satisfaction in resting in You. We long for the day of victory, and it will come. When we are weak, we rely on you, and you hold us up. We seek the light of your presence, and our faces radiate with joy. We yearn to be lifted up, to experience your love that surpasses even life itself, and we are captivated by the embrace of your eternal arms. Father, if we did not live in the confidence of your forgiveness in this life, we would never truly know your mercy. Even if we were at the pinnacle of our efforts to deal with sin and believed that confessing our sins would make us acceptable, relying solely on our own works would bring us pain. However, when we forget ourselves and focus on you, we understand that you place circumstances before us at different times, knowing our needs, and we acknowledge your ability to provide. Thank you, Father, for not treating us according to your law, but according to your promise to fellowship with us and provide for us. We are grateful that we can approach your abundant table of delights and be refreshed with your heavenly power.
