God should be our sole source of assistance. While there are various things that may not inherently be evil, a restless heart can lead to both private and public turmoil. This is why seemingly innocent things can become harmful in a practical sense. Salvation represents the most personal framework for communication, encompassing all the struggles an individual faces in finding order in the presence of God. As each person's mental and physical makeup is rooted in God, there exists a secure haven that shields the soul from impersonal influences of societal obedience. The application of laws to the soul is influenced by God's personal intentions over time, contrasting with a destructive voice that brings sorrow and anxiety, rather than the comfort found in complete dependence on this safe refuge. Legalism, which dominates the soul and attacks personal identity, arises from both the downward spiral of self-effort and the necessity to overcome the desperation of a burdened conscience or restless spirit. God's ways always aim to alleviate burdens and guide towards peaceful communication. Therefore, every human voice, whether speaking truth or offering a temporary peace, is subject to the spirit in which it is intended for application. Our spiritual focus is consistently obligated to differentiate between a legal attack and genuine communicated peace, finding relief in the essentials of a broader Christian spirit that glorifies God through eternal enjoyment. All these conflicting voices hold a universal reality within human society, and it is crucial for us to carefully understand the interplay and comparison of these imaginative ways presented in these common legal voices.
