This concept is known as the "church within a church mentality". It involves organized denominations with their own set of beliefs, which can lead to individuals struggling with the conflicting principles of temptation, law, and grace. While this structure is based on the teachings of the new testament, it falls short of the ultimate standard. Each of us exists within the church at varying levels of spiritual growth, but the bible prioritizes unity over discipleship, as we are all united in our shared calling from God through Christ as part of a local community of believers. There is no hierarchy of super-spiritual Christians versus those considered more worldly. Rather, those who have reached a higher level of maturity have a responsibility to not only set an example but also to support and assist those who are weaker in their faith, much like a mother caring for her children, as Paul describes.
