However, I am merely expressing my personal belief in theonomy, which asserts that our country's civil and moral laws are rooted in Judaism. When discussing the perception of justice and equality within these laws, we can observe the influence of the creation motif. The value placed on individuals and their alignment with God's standard of justice is intricately connected to the formation of governmental systems through His creative endeavors.This perspective on government, derived from the principles of law found in the Old Testament, offers a profound understanding of the significance of individuals in relation to their values and the significance they attribute to divine matters. Consequently, I contend that authentic societal order cannot be achieved solely through legislation, but rather necessitates a genuine reverence for God. In essence, this viewpoint aligns with a constitutional interpretation.
