The extent to which we contemplate these concepts determines our progress in embracing this new framework. We are frequently presented with visual representations of teachings, which surpasses mere literal interpretation and taps into the essence of the message, leading to a sense of perplexity as we strive to direct our focus. It is a journey we consciously prioritize the display of genuine supernatural attributes, which serve as the underlying basis for our true selves that may not always be apparent externally.Living in the vine is a profound existence, our connection with Christ we find true purpose and fulfillment. The burden of sin and temptation has been eradicated by the sacrificial act of Christ. Although containment of our past identity may still linger, we strive to place our trust solely in Christ, recognizing as the sole provider of our salvation. Through His crucifixion, Christ has secured our deliverance. Thus, we have been granted salvation in a manner that allows us to distance ourselves from our former sinful ways. Previously, we were trapped in a state of condemnation, but now, we embrace a life of salvation through Christ. Furthermore, our association with the law and our reliance on our conscience for moral guidance have been rendered obsolete. We are no longer bound by the law in a manner that grants equal influence to all aspects of our lives. Consequently, sin no longer holds dominion over us.The dominion of sin has been nullified. This victory was not achieved solely through our salvation, but rather through the completed work of Christ on the cross. Although it took place many years ago, this triumph was subsequently bestowed upon us in the present through the manifestation of grace. The conflict between sin and salvation reached its climax during the crucifixion of Christ. When He proclaimed "it is finished," the salvation of the chosen ones was accomplished not only for those in the past, but also for present and future saints. Our assurance in our self-perception is rooted in a historical event that transpired long ago. We are no longer subject to the condemning influence of the law. The authority of the law resides within our physical existence.The existence of law serves as a poignant reminder of the punitive force it possesses, evoking memories of our past subservience to both moral principles and individuals. Reflecting upon this arduous struggle, we recognize that it was ultimately terminated upon attaining salvation. Presently, we scrutinize our transgressions in the absence of divine admonishments, viewing them through the lens of grace. Consequently, we experience complete liberation from the dominion of carnal desires, as the law no longer vexes us, shielding us from divine wrath. Through the redemptive actions of Christ, who procured our salvation, His love has been bestowed upon us, serving as the wellspring of all these gospel endeavors.
