The author of the Psalm asserts that maintaining faith in God is incompatible with harboring feelings of shame. Through salvation, we are liberated from the burden of shame. This verse underscores the contrast between two contrasting situations: the former state denoting our prior existence, marked by our affiliation with the jurisdiction of Satan, who served as our paternal figure. This jurisdiction is depicted as a domain of utter obscurity, enveloping us in a state of cognitive delusion. The aforementioned verse characterizes this realm as an imaginary kingdom characterized by deceitfulness. We were citizens of this imaginary kingdom that displayed a lack of respect for the divine covenant. Our existence was guided by our own abilities and self-assurance, devoid of any recognition of the dire need for God's covenantal interventions Consequently, we conducted ourselves as adversaries of God and His chosen community bound by the covenant.Upon obtaining salvation, our expectations are firmly established in the assurances delineated in God's covenant. This excerpt presents two opposing perspectives on being. It is imperative to acknowledge that this sense of expectation is not innate within us, but instead an endowed endowment from God.He initiates the interaction with us and liberates us from our afflictions. In this process, God demonstrates His character and motivates us to hold Him responsible for meeting His covenantal commitments. By viewing these covenants as a binding affirmation of our rectitude, we exhibit our allegiance to them. We firmly believe that our loyalty to the covenant is fueled by the assurance instilled by God. In my perspective, the significance of God's covenant extends beyond our ongoing struggle with sin and sorrow. This covenant serves as an immutable and secure foundation that remains unaffected by external factors.By aligning ourselves with God's covenant, we can channel our righteous anger as a purifying force while grappling with consequences of the curse. It is crucial to acknowledge that the curse's power is always insufficient to undermine God's unwavering dedication to His covenant.Through the establishment of this covenant, God has bestowed upon us a flawless kingdom, wherein we perceive our challenges as followers of an authoritative leader who triumphs over all adversaries. The ultimate result of the curses is the elimination of corruption and devastation. Conversely, the culmination of blessings entails the utmost level of dedication and worship towards the divine Trinity. No superficial happiness can compare to the profound contentment that arises from the divine approval of the Almighty. Therefore, it is advised to embrace both of these powers of the covenant in alignment with the intensity of one's aspiration.
