It is believed that God has been planning the creation of the earth since before time began. It is thought by saints that God is an all-powerful being who is in control of everything that happens. It is important to understand that God has a specific plan for the earth, and He is the one who establishes the authority structures present in the world. In the eyes of God, everything that exists is beautiful and perfect, and His Word is the only thing we can rely on to guide us through time. Although it is natural to wonder why a nation might go through financial difficulties, we must remember that God is ultimately in control of everything. He created the earth and its resources, and He knows what is best for us. So we should trust in Him and His plan for us, even when times are tough. This is why God declares that He is the only true ruler, who rules with perfect justice. He establishes the earth and its gods, and does not share His glory with any man. God by example proves He is the only true ruler. He demands that all  rulers kiss the Son and bow down. This is why God distinguishes between the rulers of this earth and the poor and oppressed. He does this because He is proven wise by His power to overrule the gods of this earth. So there is always a back drop as a reminder that God is all glorious in His holiness by attributing the financial responsibilities to the gods of this earth and the rich. In other words, God holds men in His power responding to oppression as the evidence that He is the God of salvation.
