What represent the meaningful relationship between the eternal law and covenants? We are earnestly advised the Ten Commandments undoubtedly remain sacred words of the eternal covenant. Covenants that God made with His chosen people are one-sided with the explicit promise, Ps 94 14" For the LORD will not cast out his people, he will not forsake his inheritance."Salvation is a covenant God makes with His elect. Christ satisfied demands of the law for those who are delivered. Ps 9 10 "Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you."The covenant teaches we place all our confidence in God's eternal love. God's covenant is acting on our behalf to deliver us from all opposition. The Psalms teach God acts according to covenant by being the law keeper.94 12" Blessed is the man you discipline, O LORD ,the man you teach from your law;13 you grant him relief from days of trouble, till a pit is dug for the wicked.14 For the LORD will not reject his people; he will never forsake his inheritance."the reason God disciplines His chosen people. The previous statement in "verse 14" is purpose of God in our experience of troubles. God disciplining His people is so He preserves them from being abandoned in relationship by law and covenants. God demanding an account for those who violate His law. A distinct difference between the covenant and law. God works all events so He never forsakes His inheritance, He turned law toward the wicked. The troubles are related to the conflict God has with the wicked. The eternal covenant with His elect is wholly understood when it is rigorously enforced by God's moral law as our formidable defense in eternal curses. There is a contrast between God adequately dealing with His own people and an eternal curse against the organized opposition. God is indeed declaring an ethical breach of His covenant, progressively reducing the effective length and holistic health of the wicked. His innocent people are captivated in between. The Psalmist peacefully exercises our effective discipline by trusting in curses. The descriptive phrase "the man you teach your law" in the same way he properly expresses "grant him relief," the moral law is an effective instrument of the eternal curse the elect pronounce to find effective relief. The curses rise up to the mysterious expression of divine wrath. We are renewed and the identical time the wicked are progressively weakened. (11 Sam. 3:1)" The war between the house of Saul and the house of David lasted a long time. David grew stronger and stronger, while the house of Saul grew weaker and weaker." God's eternal covenant governing notable success in every distinct culture through His elect.
