I am grateful for the laws that you have authorized, as I would be if I had access to the riches of an aristocrat. He freely presented it to Jacob as an unending decree of unending love, to Israel as an abiding agreement, in remembrance of his sacred promise to fulfill his servant Abraham. May your love be a constant comfort to me, keeping your promise to me. You have struck a chord with us by being genuinely interested in us. I will lavish praise on you, Lord, with all my heart. I will tell you all of your heroic deeds. I will be content and happy in you, O Most High. I will sing praises to your most famous cause, O Lord. The Lord is always in control, and he has created a perfect throne for himself to be admired by the divine.Your accuracy is unparalleled. The barbarian nationalities have fallen into a trap they've dug themselves into; their feet are trapped in the web they've created. The Lord is pleased with his righteous justice; may you be exalted, Lord, so that no one can triumph over us; let the nations be judged in your sight. With terror in their eyes, Lord, let them know that they are only human beings, let the different nationalities understand that they are only human beings.
