This psalm is the only one that focuses on Christian repentance. The contrasting penitential psalms are legitimate laments from the composer, who undoubtedly needs God to adequately address his merciful suffering. Look here during this Penitential Psalm...I saw a few ofPsalm... 6 2 " Be merciful to me, LORD, for I am faint; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are in agony. 3 My soul is in anguish. How long, O LORD, how long?"  Here the composer rightly laments a visible wound he appears to have sustained in the War of, meticulously charging him to face the eternal curse of sin. Remember how you ask God to bring relief. Ps 6 10 "All my enemies will be ashamed and dismayed; they will turn back in sudden disgrace".You can meticulously note this qualitative distinction between internal and external struggles. A common thread running through the Psalms aptly describes his ethical struggles, in which he is relentlessly pursued by the wicked. This simply gets to the emotional core of political pragmatism, which simply teaches that all problems are overcome by "doing the work." It is taught that when one complains, blames, is attacked, or is burdened with guilt, shame, and pain, he caused it himself. But in the Psalms our eternal salvation is carefully designed to prevent us from invariably returning to our old relationship with the law and being subjected to a charge that puts us under the power of anything other than God. Our religion is poised to succeed as we seek God's proper justification on the other side of this world's system. Consequently, in describing his struggle, the composer seeks full justification as a necessity to express a heart of faith. Here is another penitential psalm. Notice how he condemns his pursuers for his fight. Entry Ps 38 12 " Those who seek my life set their traps, those who would harm me talk of my ruin; all day long they plot deception. " He is justly complaining about being shamefully treated with cruel treachery. Again..Ps 38 20 "Those who repay my good with evil slander me when I pursue what is good.21 O LORD, do not forsake me; be not far from me, O my God.22 Come quickly to help me, O Lord my Savior." Essentially, the musician classifies full salvation with the compelling argument that self-blame brings God down, describing the trouble you get from the wicked as a consistent argument in Scripture. In order for the composer to adequately express the extraordinary success of his eternal salvation, he must genuinely rejoice that God will triumphantly justify his name through the notationist. Presently we are tending to get to the actual Psalms 103 and we see that there is no vindictive language. Even at Ps 51, that will be a sincere regret for the hypocrisy of the last word. The king sentences to death those who commit murders, but still wish to be spared from these capital crimes. You will surely find that for a king to devote himself to the everlasting covenant, the blood of private vengeance, swiftly inflicted upon one out of war, would lavishly demand vengeance. If they were responsible for taking revenge on another person responsible for capital crimes in a temporary war, the king would want to announce the other's verdict so that it would be justified. And yet, God, who fully establishes a covenant with Israel by swearing to keep them because they were considered poor and defenseless, attacks David and gives him the final word of charge about the quality of the covenant by telling him says he accepted the unique animal of an impoverished man. Man and left him penniless. This, of course, hits the loyal heart of divine grace.
