Although I don't agree with this kind of quietism, I do suppose that the reformed judgmentalism is just as wrong toward the inactive corridor of the Christian experience. There's further of a tendency to lean toward the pragmatism view of puritanism than to lean toward the mystical aspects of the Christian experience moment in our fast pace society. We're brutes of habit and so we learn to suppose in a habitual manner in the veritably youthful times of our lives. As you know I'm a meditator and unless I explain my experience also I really can not offer a different view of these tendencies in our culture of mortal trouble and active obedience. I've been learning large portions of scripture over the last 25 times and love the psalms especially. I grew up with the realistic intelligence of arch conservative theology. Then I suppose is the heart of the problem of this struggle in the American knowledge. Its really not the action that brings about the real heart change, but it's the world view of the person who reacts to the circumstances. There's a general disposition in our 20th century Christian culture that says that if we work hard enough at change also there will be lasting change, if we take one step at a time until we come well- acclimated citizens and socially integrated. Then in this paradigm is a specific origin of arch conservative gospel in which if the specific circumstances in bones life come so unraveled also there will be a change that comes from a heart burdened of moral guilt which brings needed way to take to achieve the change in bones life. In my own thinking there's a red light that goes off. And it's because I've conformed to this arch conservative pattern in my own life because of the negative peer pressure that comes by a political maturity of people progressing this way. The grim pressure to be this way is so great moment that I must clean my own heart from the sore temptation to simply reply out of particular guilt rather than to go the direct route of contemplation and joy and rest.
