Man's war is manifested in the culture he invents.  A man's bondage to the law is the knowledge he understands in relating to the creation.

 It's not that the wicked man suffers a senseless punishment. It's that the evil man has no true freedom and is in terrible bondage to the law.

 A man who inevitably becomes his own god, will harm every person who doesn't agree with his ideas. The Psalmist is painting a bleak picture of the violent world's destruction of the innocent. As the man rises in arbitrary power, he stubbornly retains a political following of the purchased slaves.

God has identified the worlds system and the way it is devised and put into law. He has decreed the successful curses that destroy all the personalities and schemes. Saints live in a blind world that has no concept of reality. We have the secrets in pronouncement's.

God planned the whole world system, and He decided who would get what.  God always makes the right decision. The plan has met the curse that destroys success for generations. God asked for revenge from the very beginning of the plan.

 His most difficult threat are people who see through his intentional deception.  God is saying that the wicked will go to hell because they are blind and will die quickly.  God speaks through us to let us know the dangers that might be in our lives and the world.

10 5 His ways are always prosperous; he is haughty and your laws are far from him; he sneers at all his enemies. 6 He says to himself, "Nothing will shake me; I'll always be happy and never have trouble." The Psalmist is not teaching there is no law in a wicked man. Rather, merely showing the wicked ill endures a senseless man who is in cruel bondage to the penal law, he does not quite understand. A man who inevitably becomes his own god, will grievously injure every person strenuously disagrees. The Psalmist is painting a bleak picture of the relentless rise in destructive power of rich in this violent world. As the man rises in arbitrary power, obstinately maintains a political following of his personal purchased slaves. His most challenging threat are considered saints who see right through his intentional deception. God is mocking the wicked in accurately describing them as blind and in considerable danger of swift death into eternal hell. God speaks through us to identify the emanate danger and alert us to be sober minded in this heathen world.
