A very small lawless decision can receive the worse curses from God.

10 2 "The wicked followed the weak with arrogance, and led them into the conspiracy he planned."

 God has given every law a punishment for breaking it. But the new law is a violent attempt to destroy the person and the neighbor.  God calls the evil man who hunts other people and enslaves them a hunter of the weak. 

 Wicked men who profit never attack the powerful. Wicked men are cowards who take from the powerless.

10 2 “In his arrogance, the wicked stalk the weak, who are caught up in the plots he hatches." God has given every law a curse pronounced for violation. But the redefined law is a violent attempt to destroy God and neighbor. God calls the arrogant evil man a hunter of the weak and captures the people in slavery. Rebellion is made with an attempt to destroy. God speak of healing in response to evil curses. God's curses are spoken in a spirit of mockery.
