He brags about how much he wants the stuff he wants. He blesses people who want a lot of stuff and he curses God.

 A man was a lawyer who used the law to win cases. The more money or blessings a person has, the more good things he can do for others. 

The eyes looked inward. The new law made slavery official. I felt guilty and I was scared. Instead of saying hello to the saint, he goes and grabs the money.  He is doing bad things that aren't good for him. He is a violent crime against his violent culture.  The bad people want to destroy God and their neighbor.

Man was a professional in excelling by applying law to every situation with precision. The social better the more blessing he undoubtedly brought to kind neighbor. But the cursed shifted the eyes inward. The law promptly became slavery. Moral guilt and abject fear ruled. Instead of blessing the saint, he is naturally withdrawn to the greedy. He is in bondage to self-destructive antisocial behaviors. He is an violent offense to his violent culture. The wicked redefines law desire to destroy God and neighbor.
