The psalmist teaches that God separates us from our sins for eternity. And God doesn't count or remember our sins. Therefore, the question is: are we legally responsible for our sin? Because the law only curses the legal requirements. We cannot justify ourselves against the law of God.This is why God gave us curses in statements. Because we can only justify ourselves by the curse against our opposition. Therefore, whatever we need to do must be justified from complete death to opposition to the eternal curse. Therefore, we are not required to confess sin as a prerequisite for forgiveness. We receive forgiveness by grace against the curse.
