Some people think if man is in the name of Christ it describes His incarnation. But Son of Man was invariably speaking of His eternal existence in eternity past. It was this name that made the Pharisees so angry. They hated Christ eternal authority. And this was the reason they arrested and put Him to death. The Trinity is one in essence and three in persons. The second person of the Trinity in eternal nature of Christ did not mix with His human nature.The theologians call His eternal nature meeting human nature a hypo-static union. Christ carefully designed the divine creation and pronounced it into independent existence. David pronounced the law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises to complete the covenant for man to dominate the earth. The moral axioms beget the emotional life of Christ. Christ pronounced the eternal kingdom in His divine incarnation. He was present in the official history of Israel. We will never be capable to comprehend how two unique persons could embody the exact essence. Edwards says the"Father is “God in the prime,” the Son is God’s perfect knowledge of Himself, and the Holy Spirit is God’s joy between the Father and Son." My question is how can God maintain an accurate knowledge of Himself without having three perfect knowledge of three selves? Is virtually impossible to follow the Trinity since God did not produce anything exactly the same. Which shows every person is responsible as a separate person since no one is alike. The divine creation could not exist without ideal unity and therefore we must be unified to reasonably assume distinct identity. Each key part is dependent on the unity of the coherent whole. Therefore we know ourselves by Gods unity of divine attributes.
