You see, we have been fed the theology of the object for many years, and it takes its toll on worshiping status. The heart is not the balance between man's responsibility and God's sovereignty. It is the difference between the state of the soul and the meaning of the object. Our problems are not hyper-Calvinism, they are related to pragmatism. Calvinists do not preach Calvinism, but a learned object-oriented Calvinism. What is your goal today? Sell books? The function of the church? Social Gospel? Hit People on the Head with Moral Persuasion? Word of mouth Faith? Social Engineering?Faculty? University education? Every time the gospel comes out, it comes under these paradigms. Object worship or spiritual worship. We have focused on church buildings, programs, human worship, multicultural religious crosses, corporate-run churches and a variety of other objects. Why, because there isn't much spirit-focused worship and we focus on object orientation.
We really need to start at the beginning of the supernatural gospel and return to preaching the free grace and sovereignty of God until all are offended. Will the message be more important than the objective worship system that plagues the minds of this generation of Egyptian seekers for the Promised Land? Look, Calvinism focuses on people's souls. Man.It is not just conviction and morality, but a real concern for everyone in body and soul. We are so ingrained in the object worship mentality that we have overlooked the clear historical difference in this area. Our message must focus on the soul. Of man both in his moral vocation and in the satisfaction of his needs in the historical sense.
If we do not return to this detailed teaching by Calvin, we will only produce a generation of confused pragmatists. Look, it's very simple, there is no pragmatism in the choice. There is no intermediate point for each choice. We either trust in the supernatural work of Christ or we trust in our own abilities. The object has no power. When we start preaching Calvinism, society will automatically change. a built-in generator to influence and regenerate the heart.Let us begin with justification by faith and the need for Christ to rule, and true concern for man's soul and the grace of God and the supernatural need for renewal. Let's get a heart with confession!
