It's not that we can be selfless enough to please Heavenly Father; we trust in the grace of God and are safe; the gentlest shepherd holds our lives in his most loving and merciful hand. The gentlest disposition, for He will meet our most painful hardship and will always come as the great delicacy in our salvation from these various causes at our distance from Him because we have no confidence in His ability to honor us with these gifts of compassion from Christ.
