The psalmist carefully taught at the beginning of this psalm that the Lord has effectively delivered him from the severe pains of war; the Lord lifted him up from the mud and put his feet on a rock that is the Temple Mount; a holy place. The place where the psalmist exuberantly praises God. The temple remains where God conquered all of our enemies. In the conscious attempt to reduce the variety of possible attacks to the smallest sin, the defense against the necessary violence overcomes all its organized resistance. You need to understand that anyone who practices sin will at some point become hardened by the widespread violence. In a violent world but blind to his negligence in following the mystery.
