Ps 139 1 O LORD , you have searched me

and you know me.

2 You know when I sit and when I rise;

you perceive my thoughts from afar.

3 You discern my going out and my lying down;

you are familiar with all my ways.

4 Before a word is on my tongue

you know it completely, O LORD "

God not only reorders our words through pronouncing His law in order to align our souls but He decrees blessing on us.

God decrees to His elect that they will lack nothing. Gods decrees are sealed in His sovereign grace. We do not seek any other words as axioms for our lives. God decrees in the work of redemption that He will causes us to walk in His ways. His decrees are backed up by His law and curses. God decrees that He will never leave us, He will always be the refuge that we can flee to in any circumstance, He will destroy all of our opposition, He will give us the desires of our hearts, He will cause our desires to overcome all the wicked desires, He will enable His angel to be our personal body guard, He will illuminate us when we need to be loved, consoled, counseled, healed, and successful. When we pronounce His decrees there is nothing that is more consoling. The decrees are sure to work according to His unfailing love. These decrees cannot be thwarted. They were spoken in eternity past as eternal promises that will add to our rewards. The more we pronounce the decrees the more we are acting in the legal process of bringing everything into judgement. The decrees raise us up to experience the eternal determinations of our existence.We suffer a lack of holistic experience and value because we do not pronounce His decrees.
