Ps 118 1 My heart is not proud, O Lord,my eyes are not haughty;I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me."What sufficiently motivates us. We depend on what sufficiently motivates us. God administered the law to explain not to depend on our ability. When we are confronted with law, our inability provokes us to live according to the command. In salvation, law is turned away in the eternal curse. The law only speaks eternal reward to the innocent and sacrificial death to the pleading guilty. The law turned away in the pronouncements teaches us to manipulate the defense, apprehension and containment of sin and corruption. We depend on Christ who amply satisfied the law as our satisfactory substitute.

Ps 118 1 My heart is not proud, O Lord,my eyes are not haughty;I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me." We pronounce the eternal covenants gratefully acknowledging our own understanding is preventing us from trusting in Gods covenant word. The Psalmist is weaning from his personal view to perceive the world through pronouncements. Gods pronouncements are sworn to tell the truth to His own hurt if not fulfilled. We naturally adopt standard language as a reasonable suggestion. But God invariably speaks divine creation into existence. We must be weaned from merely employing words as personal suggestions in pronouncing Gods covenant creation.

s 118 1 My heart is not proud, O Lord,my eyes are not haughty;I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me." We naturally believe the limited unchangeable laws of logic. We merely limited by the cultural bias of profane words. We dearly need weaning ourselves from the biased cultural repetition of words to properly pronounce the unchanging decrees of God. When we do not pronounce the eternal decrees we are being deceived by merely establishing our own decrees in the shallow box of cultural words. We must accurately perceive the ideal world through Gods pronounced decrees.

Ps 118 1 My heart is not proud, O Lord,my eyes are not haughty;I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me." God has satisfactorily established a sure defense by the authoritative pronouncement of the curse against law breakers. We naturally trust in our own logic, notable success, worldly weapons and personal defense. We must wean ourselves from merely trusting in our own ability to properly defend ourselves by pronouncing the curses of the law. If we do not perceive the wicked world through the dreaded wrath of God, do not properly discern the significant danger in our personal lives. We dearly need weaning ourselves through the curses from foolishly exposing ourselves to the considerable dangers of this harsh world.

Ps 118 1 My heart is not proud, O Lord,my eyes are not haughty;I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me." We naturally believe necessary limits of the specific cards dealt to us. But eternal salvation is the completed work of the eternal soul and graceful entrance into the pronounced kingdom. We cannot survive by merely regarding our unique circumstances by our past experience. We need applicable statutes to be erected in our lives to graciously allow and prevent us from seeing the world as a continuous process. We dearly need weaning ourselves dividing our moral lives. We naturally require the divine unity of the applicable statutes to live peacefully before the Lord in all of our specific occupations. We must not be subjected in peoples boxes.

118 2 But I have stilled and quieted my soul;like a weaned child with its mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me." The Psalmist is carefully teaching we must carefully apply the everlasting gospel in weaning ourselves from the pragmatic world. The Psalms pronounce the official charge, reasonable apprehension and containment of our organized opposition. Unless we become proficient in using law to dominate our innocent lives we will never experience the divine mystery of God. We will forever be exposed to the ruthless judgement of this heathen world. Be methodically destroyed by the terrible tension of wickedness. We must repetitiously pronounce what we heretofore are and the kingdom that has been established on the foundation of the eternal power and control of the gospel.

118 3 O Israel, put your hope in the LORD both now and forevermore."Gods government is not a secret work. It is not limited to the independent kingdom that dwells in us. The eternal kingdom of God is subduing the habitable earth. It is the covenant promise of God established through authoritative pronouncements to establish paternal government in this heathen world. The everlasting gospel merely represents not a private message distributed from one person to another. It is the recreation of the unified world. It is peacefully exercising eternal control over all governments in pronouncing the law, covenants, curses, decrees, statutes and promises. We are not mystical beings floating around until we triumphantly enter the concrete world of eternity. We sufficiently establish moral authority in this world by overcoming all organized opposition. The devil is not omnipresent. He gainfully employs concrete wicked men to demolish the local church. We must overcome all organized opposition through the lawful curse.
